Donations Policies and Disclaimers
- State law requires that we collect and report the name, address, and employment information for contributors.
- Contributions are limited to $1,200 per person, business, or organization per election.
- The Primary and General election contributions limits are separate per election such that the maximum an individual may donate to the Fajardo For Sheriff campaign is $2,400.
- Joint account holders may each individually contribute $1,200 per election
- Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
- Pierce County employees may only contribute $250 per candidate per calendar year.
